How Do I Order Music?
You can purchase any of Voice In The Dark’s full albums directly from our website. After purchasing through the shopping cart you will receive an email with a direct link to download the album you have purchased. If you wish to purchase a hard copy version of any album, you can do so through our shopping cart and it will be mailed to you using USPS.

Can I get a CD shipped and what is the processing time?
Yes, just order the hard copy version of the album you want and it will be shipped to you using USPS. Allow up to 24 hours to process your orders before shipping (this does not include weekends and major holidays). Within this time frame, your order will either be processed to ship out, or you will be notified of any issues regarding your order. Most orders will ship out 24-48 hours later. Consider it a bonus if it gets shipped the same day.
Shipping Guarantees and Delays
Next Day Air, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select are the only methods UPS guarantees on-time delivery. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you place your order and that someone will be available to receive the package upon delivery. We do not require signature for delivery, however it is up to the delivery person to require a signature or not based on the delivery location. We cannot be responsible for packages delayed due to weather, incorrect package routing, incorrect addresses or if the receiver is not available upon delivery. If an order must be reshipped, a reshipping fee may apply.

How do I calculate shipping costs?
Voice In The Dark uses USPS to ship all orders (except APO's or PO boxes, see below). Shipping rates are calculated real time based upon USPS shipping and shipped from our warehouse in Southern California.

What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all items excluding open CD’s.
